We understand that your time is very valuable. That's why we want to make the return process as quick and easy as possible. If you need to return some products, simply call customer service at (803) 368-3100 to start the process. It is important to note that all products must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from Horizon Hydraulic Sales & Service prior to sending any products back.
If Horizon Hydraulic Sales & Service made the error, we will handle all costs associated with the return back to our facility. Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of the product. Once the return is received and checked in for accuracy, Horizon Hydraulic Sales & Service will then issue the appropriate credit owed to the customer.
