Genuine Enerpac seal kits for cylinders, torque wrenches, pumps, jacks and cutters. Each kit replaces every seal in one rebuild. Send us your tool's model number and we will confirm the right kit before it ships.

Enerpac organizes seal kits by tool series. Some kits cover every stroke in a capacity; others split by stroke length. This table shows how each family works, with real examples from our listings.

Watch for these two details: X-Edition wrenches need X kits, and Short and Tall HCG and HCR kits are not interchangeable.

When to rebuild with a seal kit

A tool needs new seals when it leaks oil, drifts down under load, will not hold pressure, or returns slowly. Replacing every seal at once during a rebuild is good practice, because seals that have been in service the same length of time tend to wear out together.

Seal kit, repair kit, wiper kit or Viton kit?

Seal kit: the O-rings, backup rings, wipers and rod and piston seals for a rebuild.
Repair kit: can also include springs, bearings or other wear parts. See Enerpac Repair Kits.
Wiper kit: the wiper only, which keeps dirt off the plunger. Some are sold in multi-packs, such as RC15NKW (10 units).
Viton kit: kit numbers ending in V, such as RC102KV, use Viton seals. Use these when your tool manual calls for that seal material.

Tips for a successful rebuild

Clean all parts and work in a clean area. Enerpac warns that dirt in the system can cause pump, cylinder and valve failure.
Refill with Enerpac Hydraulic Oil after service, as Enerpac's instructions specify.
Remove trapped air after the rebuild, following your tool's instruction sheet.
