Enerpac Torque Wrench Square Drives

Shop Enerpac torque wrench square drives for compatible hydraulic bolting systems. These accessories provide the drive interface between the torque wrench and industrial socket, allowing the tool to apply controlled torque to large fasteners.

Select the correct square drive by matching the accessory to the Enerpac torque wrench series, drive-unit model, socket drive size, and torque requirements of the application.

Choosing the Right Enerpac Torque Wrench Square Drive

Square-drive compatibility depends on the torque wrench system being used. Identify the wrench or drive-unit model first, then select the square drive that provides the required socket interface.

Match the Torque Wrench Series

Enerpac square-drive accessories are designed for specific wrench families and drive units. Confirm that the square drive is approved for the exact torque wrench series before installation.

Match the Socket Drive Size

The output square drive must match the drive opening of the socket being used. Correct sizing provides full engagement between the wrench and socket and helps maintain safe torque transfer.

Confirm Torque Capacity

The square drive, wrench, and socket must all be suitable for the torque required by the bolting application. Do not select an accessory based only on physical fit.

Applications for Torque Wrench Square Drives

Enerpac square drives are used in industrial bolting applications involving flanges, heavy machinery, structural assemblies, power generation, process equipment, pipelines, and plant maintenance.

Complete Your Hydraulic Torque Wrench System

Use the correct square drive with a compatible Enerpac hydraulic torque wrench, properly sized industrial socket, torque wrench pump, hoses, and reaction accessories.

Enerpac Torque Wrench Square Drive FAQs

What does a torque wrench square drive do?

The square drive transfers torque from the wrench to a compatible socket, which then engages the fastener being tightened or loosened.

How do I choose the correct square drive?

Match the square drive to the specific Enerpac torque wrench or drive unit, then confirm that the output drive size matches the socket required for the fastener.

Are square drives interchangeable between Enerpac torque wrench models?

No. Compatibility depends on the wrench series, drive-unit design, square-drive size, and torque capacity. Always verify the correct accessory for the specific tool.

Can I use any socket with an Enerpac square drive?

Use an industrial socket that matches the square-drive size and is suitable for the torque being applied. Standard hand-tool sockets may not be appropriate for high-torque bolting applications.
