Before Selecting a Repair Kit

  1. Record the complete equipment model, including configuration letters.
  2. Locate the date or product code. The codes below refer to equipment identification markings, not the kit number or purchase date.
  3. Confirm the seal and assembly configuration, including standard or Viton seals, operating pressure and the component being repaired.

If the identification marking is unclear, send a photo before ordering. Do not select a kit by appearance, cylinder capacity or a similar model number.

Choose the Correct Repair Scope

A complete pump repair kit and an air-motor-only kit can contain overlapping components. For the documented PATG1 and PARG1 applications, PATG1100K includes the air-motor repair components also supplied in DC2234900SR. Confirm the repair scope before buying both.

Review each product’s included-components list. Seal kits, plunger assemblies, motor kits and complete pump repair kits serve different repairs. Have a qualified technician identify worn or damaged components and determine the required service.
