Compare Usable Oil Capacity
Enerpac lists ZA4T reservoir sizes of 1.2 and 1.8 gallons. The corresponding usable oil capacities are approximately 1.0 and 1.75 gallons. Use the usable capacity when checking whether the pump can supply the wrench and hose system; then consider the size and weight that your crew needs to move.
Check the Compressed-Air Supply
ZA4T pumps use two-speed operation. Enerpac’s performance data for the 10,000 psi configuration lists 60 cubic inches per minute of oil flow at rated pressure, a dynamic air-pressure range of 60–100 psi and air consumption of 20–100 scfm.
