Enerpac hydraulic hand pumps provide portable manual hydraulic power for lifting, maintenance, bolting, pressure testing and other industrial applications. The range includes compact single-speed pumps, high-output two-speed models, sealed hand pumps, corrosion-resistant multifluid pumps and ultra-high-pressure pumps capable of operating up to 40,000 psi.
Popular Enerpac hand pumps such as the P39, P141 and P392 provide portable hydraulic power for general industrial work, while specialized P/11, HP, HPT, HPN and MP Series pumps address applications requiring higher pressure, sealed reservoirs, multiple hydraulic ports, bolt tensioning or alternative hydraulic fluids.
Choose the Right Enerpac Hand Pump
Start by matching the hand pump to the required operating pressure, hydraulic tool or cylinder type, usable oil capacity and operating environment. Pump speed is also important: single-speed models provide simple manual operation, while two-speed pumps move more oil at low pressure before automatically transitioning to lower displacement as system pressure increases.
- Maximum pressure: models range from low-pressure hydraulic pumps to ultra-high-pressure pumps rated up to 40,000 psi.
- Pump speed: single-speed and two-speed designs are available.
- Cylinder compatibility: models are available for single-acting and double-acting hydraulic systems.
- Reservoir options: choose from compact portable reservoirs, larger-capacity pumps, sealed reservoirs or external-reservoir configurations.
- Construction: available designs include lightweight composite/aluminum, steel, stainless-steel and corrosion-resistant configurations.
- Special applications: options include bolt tensioning, pressure testing, multifluid operation, hazardous-area use and foot-operated hydraulic pumping.
Enerpac Hand Pump Series
P Series Hydraulic Hand Pumps
Enerpac P Series hand pumps cover the widest range of general-purpose manual hydraulic applications. The family includes lightweight pumps such as the P141 and P392, ULTIMA steel pumps such as the P39 and P80, larger-capacity P462 and P464 pumps, low-pressure models, corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless-steel versions and the P392FP foot-operated pump.
P/11 Series Ultra-High-Pressure Hand Pumps
Enerpac P/11 Series hand pumps are designed for applications requiring higher hydraulic pressure than standard 10,000 psi systems. The range includes the P2282 two-speed pump and stainless-steel 11-100 and 11-400 pumps, with maximum pressure capability up to 40,000 psi.
HP Series Sealed Hand Pumps
Enerpac HP Series hand pumps use sealed reservoirs that allow the pump to operate in different positions while reducing the risk of fluid leakage and contamination. HP350, HP550 and HP1000 models are available in single-port, twin-port and double-acting configurations, with selected models available in ATEX-certified versions.
HPT & HPN Bolt Tensioning Hand Pumps
Enerpac HPT and HPN hand pumps provide ultra-high-pressure manual hydraulic power for bolt tensioners and hydraulic nuts. The HPT1500 operates up to 21,750 psi, while the HPN2000 provides pressure up to 29,000 psi. These pumps are designed for hydraulic tensioning applications rather than general cylinder lifting.
MP Series Multifluid Hand Pumps
Enerpac MP Series multifluid hand pumps are designed for testing, filling and applications involving fluids beyond standard hydraulic oil. These two-speed pumps use corrosion-resistant anodized-aluminum and stainless-steel construction, require an external reservoir and are available with maximum pressures from 1,500 to 14,500 psi.
Single-Acting vs. Double-Acting Hand Pumps
Most portable hydraulic hand-pump applications use single-acting cylinders, where hydraulic pressure extends the cylinder and a spring, gravity or external load provides retraction. Enerpac also offers hand pumps with 4-way valve configurations for double-acting cylinders, allowing hydraulic pressure to control movement in both directions.
