P802 Enerpac Lightweight Hand Pump brings a 155 in³ reservoir to the lightweight P-Series while retaining two-speed operation and a 10,000 psi pressure rating. It is intended for larger single-acting cylinders and tools that need more oil than the 55 in³ P202/P392 class can supply.
Large Oil Capacity with Lightweight Construction
P802 is particularly strong during initial cylinder movement: its low-pressure stage moves 2.40 in³ per stroke before the pump shifts to high pressure. That helps fill larger cylinder volumes quickly without moving to an electric, air or battery pump.
The glass-filled nylon reservoir and encapsulated aluminum base provide corrosion resistance while keeping carrying weight lower than an all-steel pump of similar capacity. Enerpac also incorporates a fiberglass handle, handle lock and internal pressure-relief protection.
For the same reservoir and pumping performance with control of a double-acting cylinder, P842 adds an integral four-way valve.
