Return window
Products may be returned within 30 days of the date you receive them.
Return authorization (RMA) required
All returns need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Horizon Hydraulic Sales & Service before anything is shipped back. To request an RMA, call customer service at (704) 463-1070 or email info@buyenerpac.com with your order number and the items you want to return. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return shipping costs
- If we made the error (wrong item shipped, for example), Horizon Hydraulic Sales & Service pays all costs to return the product to our facility.
- For all other returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
Restocking fees
A restocking fee may apply when a return is due to a customer error, such as ordering the wrong part. We will tell you if a restocking fee applies when we issue your RMA.
Refunds and credits
Once your return arrives and is checked in for accuracy, we will issue the appropriate credit or refund to your original payment method.
