P142 Enerpac Lightweight Hand Pump takes the compact 20 in³ P-Series format and adds two-speed operation. That combination is useful when the hydraulic tool does not need a large reservoir but the operator still wants faster cylinder approach before pressure builds.
Two-Speed Efficiency in the Smallest Lightweight Size
At low pressure, the first stage moves substantially more oil per handle stroke. As resistance rises, the pump transitions to the high-pressure stage for operation up to 10,000 psi. Enerpac notes that two-speed hand pumps can reduce the number of handle strokes dramatically compared with single-speed designs.
The lightweight reservoir and encapsulated aluminum pump base resist corrosion and keep the unit easy to carry. A fiberglass handle is non-conductive, and the built-in handle lock keeps the pump compact during transport.
P142 is aimed at single-acting cylinders and tools. If the same basic size is needed for harsher corrosive environments, P142ALSS adds aluminum and stainless-steel construction; if a larger oil reserve is required, P202 moves up to the 55 in³ class.
