P462 Enerpac ULTIMA Steel Hand Pump is built for applications where a standard hand-pump reservoir is too small. Its 453 in³ usable oil capacity is the largest in the ULTIMA group, and Enerpac specifically recommends this extra-capacity format for powering high-capacity cylinders.
Large Reservoir and High First-Stage Flow
The P462 moves a large volume of oil before the load is contacted, reducing the time required to fill bigger cylinders or longer hydraulic circuits. Once pressure builds, the two-speed pump transitions to its high-pressure stage for operation up to 10,000 psi.
All-steel construction, a chromed plunger and wiper system, and Enerpac’s ULTIMA reservoir design make the pump suitable for demanding industrial service. The P462 uses a three-way valve and is intended for single-acting hydraulic equipment.
If the same 453 in³ reservoir is required for a double-acting cylinder, P464 is the corresponding four-way-valve model.
