P202 Enerpac Lightweight Hand Pump pairs a 55 in³ reservoir with a low-effort two-speed mechanism for single-acting hydraulic cylinders and tools. It offers considerably more oil than the compact P142 while using the same lightweight, corrosion-resistant P-Series construction.
More Oil Capacity Without Moving to a Steel Pump
The P202’s first stage is tuned for fast, low-pressure advance, after which the pump shifts to its high-pressure stage for operation up to 10,000 psi. That makes it a useful choice for medium-size cylinders where a 20 in³ reservoir is restrictive but a much larger 155 in³ pump would add unnecessary bulk.
Enerpac’s glass-filled nylon reservoir and encapsulated aluminum pump base reduce weight and resist corrosion. The non-conductive fiberglass handle, handle lock and internal pressure-relief valve support portable field use.
Compared with P392, P202 favors lower handle effort but has less first-stage displacement. The choice between them should therefore consider both operator effort and how quickly the connected cylinder needs to advance before load is reached.
