P77 Enerpac ULTIMA Steel Hand Pump adds two-speed pumping to the compact 41 in³ ULTIMA format. It is a useful choice when the durability of an all-steel pump is preferred but the operator wants faster cylinder approach than the single-speed P39 provides.
Same Reservoir Class as P39, Different Pumping Strategy
The first stage delivers a much larger volume of oil while system pressure is low. Once the cylinder contacts the load, the pump changes to its high-pressure stage for operation up to 10,000 psi. That is where the practical advantage over P39 appears: less handle movement is spent simply taking up free travel.
Enerpac’s ULTIMA design uses steel construction, a chromed plunger and wiper system, an ergonomic grip and reservoir overfill protection. The pump is configured for single-acting cylinders and tools.
If the application needs more oil capacity, P80 and P801 extend the same two-speed ULTIMA concept to larger reservoirs without changing to powered equipment.
