P25 Enerpac Low-Pressure Hand Pump combines a large 200 in³ reservoir with a 2,500 psi pressure rating. It is aimed at single-acting hydraulic applications where oil volume and pumping efficiency are more important than high system pressure.
High Displacement for Lower-Pressure Work
P25 moves oil on both the forward and reverse handle movement, a feature Enerpac highlights for efficient operation in restricted mounting locations. Its displacement per stroke is the highest among the low-pressure P18, P25, P50 and P51 models, so it can move a compatible cylinder quickly when the required pressure remains within its range.
The external load-release valve controls return flow from single-acting cylinders, and an internal pressure-relief valve provides overload protection. When the pump is used vertically, follow Enerpac’s specified vent-side orientation.
P25 and P50 share the same large reservoir size, but their tradeoff is pressure versus displacement: P25 favors faster oil movement at 2,500 psi, while P50 extends the pressure ceiling to 5,000 psi.
