HPT1500 Enerpac HPT Series Hand Pump is a portable ultra-high-pressure source for hydraulic bolt tensioning systems. It is rated to 21,755 psi and is supplied with the pressure-monitoring and connection hardware needed to pair the pump directly with compatible Enerpac bolt tensioners.
Designed Around the Tensioning Cycle
Bolt tensioning requires a pump that can move the tool quickly before load is established and then provide finer control as pressure builds. The HPT1500 handles that transition with automatic two-speed operation: high displacement at low pressure, followed by a lower-displacement high-pressure stage. The result is less repetitive pumping during the approach portion of the cycle without sacrificing control at working pressure.
The 155 in³ reservoir can be vented or operated non-vented, and Enerpac permits horizontal operation or vertical operation with the discharge port facing down. A gauge and coupler are included, simplifying setup for tensioning equipment compared with starting from a bare general-purpose hand pump.
Use the HPT1500 only within an ultra-high-pressure system assembled from components rated for the required pressure. Enerpac positions this model for hydraulic nuts and bolt tensioners rather than lifting cylinders.
