ZA4204TXER Enerpac ZA4T Air-Driven Torque Wrench Pump is a legacy 11,600 psi bolting configuration, not a standard 10,000 psi Q-series pump. That pressure and connection difference is the first thing to verify before selecting it.
For Legacy 11,600 psi Torque-Wrench Systems
Enerpac identifies this model for 11,600 psi torque-wrench circuits using polarized couplers with a safety locking ring. It should not be treated as interchangeable with the 10,000 psi Q models; the wrench, hose and couplers all need to match the legacy pressure and connection system.
The pump uses a 1.0-gallon reservoir, remote pendant control and a factory roll cage. Enerpac lists 55 in³/min at 11,600 psi. For current 10,000 psi Q-type bolting systems, the ZA4204TXQ/QR and ZA4208TXQ configurations are the appropriate comparison.
