HP1000SDMIN Enerpac HP Series Sealed Hand Pump is the largest double-acting configuration in the HP family. It is intended for hydraulic tools that require pressure for both directions of movement and need more oil capacity than the HP350SD or HP550SD models provide.
Large-Capacity Manual Power for Double-Acting Tools
The SD configuration is fundamentally different from the single- and twin-port HP pumps: it is arranged for double-acting hydraulic equipment rather than two separate single-acting circuits. That makes it suitable where controlled powered return is part of the tool’s normal operation.
Enerpac’s sealed reservoir allows operation at varied angles and helps prevent spills and air contamination. The two-speed mechanism provides rapid low-pressure oil movement before transitioning to the 10,000 psi working stage, and a gauge is included for pressure monitoring.
Use HP1000SDMIN when both double-acting control and the 67.7 in³ capacity are needed. Smaller double-acting systems can often use HP350SDMIN or HP550SDMIN instead.
