HP550SMINEX Enerpac HP Series Sealed Hand Pump combines the mid-size 35.4 in³ single-port configuration with ATEX certification. It is intended for single-acting hydraulic tools used in designated hazardous areas where the smallest HP350 reservoir would be limiting but the HP1000 capacity is unnecessary.
Mid-Range Capacity in an ATEX-Certified Package
Enerpac offers ATEX versions of the HP single- and twin-port pumps so hazardous-area requirements can be addressed without changing to a different hydraulic architecture. The EX designation separates this model from the standard HP550SMIN.
The sealed reservoir allows operation at all angles and reduces the risk of oil spills or air entering the system. Two-speed pumping improves the approach portion of the cycle, and the supplied gauge makes pressure visible during operation.
For two hydraulic outlets in the same capacity and certification class, HP550DMINEX is the direct twin-port alternative.
