POW'R-RISER stacking rules from Enerpac
Extensions and spacers add lifting height, but Enerpac limits how they are combined:
- SUP-R-STACK extensions come in 5, 7, 9, 11, 14 and 18 in sizes; spacers come in 1, 2 and 3 in.
- Any two extensions may be stacked for loads up to 60 tons.
- For loads over 60 tons, or strokes over 14 in, use only one extension and one spacer.
- Never exceed 3 in of total spacer height.
- Locking U-rings are placed around the extended piston for mechanical cribbing of a lifted load. They come in four lengths for each capacity and store in racks built into the jack.
Find extenders, spacers and U-ring sets in Hydraulic Jack Accessories.
Keep your jack in service
- Change the filter. POW'R-RISER jacks have an external filter that Enerpac designed to be easy to change.
- Keep dirt out. Enerpac warns that dirt in the system can cause pump, cylinder and valve failure.
- Use Enerpac oil. See Enerpac Hydraulic Oil.
- Rebuild with a kit. See Hydraulic Jack Seal Kits.
Hydraulic equipment should be serviced by a qualified hydraulic technician, as Enerpac's instructions state.
Finding the right part number
- Find the model number on the jack's nameplate.
- Look up the repair parts sheet for that model; it lists every part by number and position.
- Match that part number to our listing. If anything does not match, call (704) 463-1070 before ordering.
