Servicing Enerpac hydraulic pumps? The Enerpac B1015565 Back up Washer is the genuine replacement part. The backup ring supports an O-ring or seal under high pressure so it cannot be squeezed into the gap between parts. Without a sound backup ring, the seal it protects can extrude and fail early.
When to replace the B1015565
Replace it together with the seal it supports, whenever that seal is replaced.
