ZA4204MX Enerpac ZA4 Air Hydraulic Pump is the compact single-acting model in this ZA42 group. A 1.2-gallon reservoir and 3-way, 2-position valve make it the smallest oil-capacity option for compatible single-acting cylinders.
Smallest Single-Acting ZA4 Configuration
The valve is built around a single-acting circuit: hydraulic pressure provides the working stroke and the cylinder's return mechanism handles retraction. That is a different hydraulic requirement from the ZA44 models, which use 4-way valves for double-acting cylinders.
ZA4204MX retains the ZA4 family's 10,000 psi capability and two-speed Z-Class pumping. When the same single-acting valve arrangement needs more oil, ZA4208MX increases capacity to 1.8 gallons.
