ZA4220MX Enerpac ZA4 Air Hydraulic Pump is the largest single-acting ZA4 configuration in this set. Its 5.2-gallon reservoir gives substantially more available oil than the 1.2- and 1.8-gallon ZA42 models.
High-Capacity Single-Acting ZA4 Power
The pump uses a 3-way, 2-position valve for single-acting cylinders, so the additional reservoir volume does not change the control concept—it simply expands the amount of oil available to the hydraulic circuit.
Choose ZA4220MX when cylinder displacement or hose/system volume pushes beyond the smaller ZA42 reservoir options. If the application instead requires powered return on a double-acting cylinder, ZA4420MX uses the same 5.2-gallon reservoir class with a 4-way valve.
