ZE3808ME-FGRS Enerpac Electric Hydraulic Pump, VM43L Locking Manual Valve, 1.8 gal, 230V 1-Phase, Filter, Gauge, Roll Cage, Single Stage

The Enerpac ZE3808ME-FGRS is a ZE3-Series electric hydraulic pump set up for double-acting cylinders that need positive load holding, with a pilot-operated check valve that locks the load hydraulically until the valve is shifted to retract. It is built for sites with 208–240V single-phase power. It comes factory-fitted with a return line filter, a 0–15,000 psi pressure gauge and a roll cage; the roll cage protects the pump in field and job-site use. It is the single-stage version. ZE3 is the entry flow group of the ZE range; the ZE4, ZE5 and ZE6 deliver 60, 120 and 200 in³/min for larger or multiple cylinders.

Factory-installed options

Sizing

As a single-stage pump, the ZE3808ME-FGRS delivers close to its rated 40 in³/min across the whole pressure range, which Enerpac recommends for work that needs constant flow regardless of pressure, such as testing or clamping. Moving 100 in³ of oil at full 10,000 psi takes about 150 seconds. The 1.8 gal reservoir holds 416 in³ of usable oil; keep the combined oil capacity of all connected cylinders comfortably below that figure. Flow figures are at 60 Hz; on 50 Hz power expect about 5/6 of these values.

Compared with the ZE3808ME-R, this model adds a return line filter, a 0–15,000 psi pressure gauge and the single-stage configuration.

Before you order: Confirm 208–240V single-phase power is available (European plug); check total cylinder oil volume against the 416 in³ of usable oil.
