CDT18381 Enerpac Double-Acting Threaded Body Cylinder, 3,900 lb Push / 2,330 lb Pull, 1.50 in Stroke

The Enerpac CDT18381 is a double-acting threaded body cylinder from the CDT series. Hydraulic pressure drives it both ways, giving 3,900 lb pushing and 2,330 lb pulling at 5,000 psi over a 1.50 in stroke. Because the retract stroke is powered, you can fit clamping accessories to the plunger for push and pull action, and it suits high-cycle work such as production punching.

Sizing

Effective area is 0.77 in² pushing and 0.46 in² pulling. A full stroke uses 1.18 in³ to advance and 0.70 in³ to retract. Length is 3.68 in retracted and 5.18 in extended; weight 3.4 lb. Workholding circuits often run below 5,000 psi; at 2,000 psi this cylinder gives about 1,540 lb of push and at 3,000 psi about 2,310 lb.
