AHB17 Enerpac AHB Series Air-Hydraulic Booster, 1:16 Ratio, 18.0 in³/stroke

AHB17 Enerpac Air-Hydraulic Booster is the high-volume, lower-pressure end of the AHB selection range. Its 1:16 ratio produces 1,200 psi at 75 psi air and 1,600 psi at 100 psi while delivering 18.0 in³ of hydraulic oil per stroke.

Choose AHB17 when actuator volume matters more than maximizing hydraulic pressure. Its 18.0 in³ stroke volume is much larger than AHB34, AHB46 or AHB66, but the lower pressure ratio means the system must be able to do the required work at the corresponding hydraulic pressure.

Enerpac positions AHB boosters for high-production workholding and automation. The double-acting air piston supports rapid one-shot cycling, and the fiberglass-wound chamber is designed to avoid rust from moisture in the compressed-air supply.
