ATP1500 Enerpac Ultra-High-Pressure Air Hydraulic Pump is built for hydraulic bolt tensioners, hydraulic nuts and other tools that require pressure far above the standard 10,000 psi industrial hydraulic range.
A Dedicated 21,750 psi Bolting Power Source
Enerpac rates ATP1500 to 21,750 psi (1500 bar), with 4 in³/min of oil flow at full pressure. That pressure class is the defining reason to select this pump; it should be matched only with hoses, fittings and tools rated for the same ultra-high-pressure system.
The pump uses compressed air and carries 1.0 gallon of usable oil in a protective steel frame. A glycerin-filled gauge provides direct pressure monitoring, while adjustable output-pressure control and a safety relief valve support controlled tensioning work. Enerpac also identifies the ATP Series as ATEX certified for hazardous-area applications.
