HF100 Enerpac HF Series Hydraulic Oil, ISO VG 32, 1 Quart

HF100 Enerpac Hydraulic Oil is the one-quart size of Enerpac’s blue HF Series hydraulic fluid for powered pumps. It uses the same ISO VG 32 formulation as the larger HF101, HF102 and HF104 packages, giving buyers a smaller quantity when a full gallon or bulk container is not required.

One-Quart HF Oil for Powered Hydraulic Pumps

Hydraulic oil does more than transmit pressure through the system. Enerpac explains that the fluid also contributes to lubrication, heat transfer, corrosion protection and pump efficiency. The viscosity of the oil is important because fluid that is too thin can reduce lubrication and increase internal leakage, while fluid that is too thick can restrict oil supply and contribute to cavitation.

Enerpac formulates HF oil specifically for powered hydraulic pumps. The formulation includes anti-sludge, anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-oxidation additives, along with film-protective lubricity. Its high viscosity index helps the oil maintain useful lubrication characteristics as operating temperature changes.

HF100 is the smallest container currently listed in Enerpac’s HF hydraulic-oil range. For larger quantities of the same HF Series formulation, Enerpac also offers one-gallon, five-gallon and 55-gallon package sizes.

Before adding oil, verify the fluid requirement for the exact Enerpac pump. Enerpac also recommends keeping hydraulic oil clean and protecting the system from contamination during maintenance.
