MP1000 Enerpac MP Series Multifluid Hydraulic Hand Pump, Two-Speed, 14,500 psi, External Reservoir

MP1000 Enerpac MP Series Multifluid Hand Pump is the highest-pressure model in the MP family, combining 14,500 psi capability with materials and seals chosen for fluid compatibility beyond conventional hydraulic oil service. It is intended for testing, filling and other applications where corrosion resistance and the working fluid are major selection factors.

When Fluid Compatibility Matters as Much as Pressure

The MP pump body uses impregnated anodized aluminum with stainless-steel internal pumping components. Enerpac specifies standard nitrile seals for fluids that include demineralized water, oil/water emulsions, water-glycol solutions, mineral oils and hydraulic fluids; optional EPDM seals are available for applications involving Skydrol or brake fluids.

Unlike a self-contained P-Series hand pump, the MP1000 requires an external reservoir. Its two-speed mechanism moves a large volume during the low-pressure stage and then shifts to a much smaller displacement for the final high-pressure portion of the cycle. An externally adjustable pressure-relief valve and dedicated gauge port make it well suited to controlled test setups.

Choose MP1000 when the application genuinely requires the upper end of the MP Series pressure range. Lower-pressure MP110, MP350 and MP700 models provide progressively greater high-pressure displacement when their lower pressure ratings are sufficient.
