PAM1022 Enerpac PAM Air Hydraulic Pump uses the larger 2.0-gallon reservoir but a 3-way valve for single-acting cylinders. It is therefore the high-capacity single-acting counterpart to the PAM1042 double-acting model.
More Oil Capacity for Single-Acting PAM Systems
The 2.0-gallon reservoir is the main reason to choose PAM1022 over PAM1021. Both use the single-acting control layout, but PAM1022 provides more fluid for larger cylinder displacement or a higher-volume hydraulic circuit.
The PAM twin-air-motor design provides very fast first-stage flow—up to 650 in³/min through roughly 200 psi—before transitioning to 9 in³/min at the 10,000 psi operating point.
