PAM1042 Enerpac PAM Air Hydraulic Pump combines the larger 2.0-gallon reservoir with a 4-way valve for double-acting cylinders. It is the standard large-reservoir double-acting model, without the locking-valve feature used on PAM1042L.
Large-Reservoir PAM for Double-Acting Cylinders
Powered advance and retract make this configuration appropriate where the cylinder must be driven hydraulically in both directions. The 2.0-gallon reservoir gives it more available oil than PAM1041 while keeping the same basic double-acting control concept.
The twin-air-motor design is intended to shorten approach time: Enerpac lists first-stage flow up to 650 in³/min before the pump transitions to 9 in³/min at the full 10,000 psi rating.
