Matching the PASG Pump to the Valve
PASG30S8S uses the largest Turbo II reservoir here together with a single D03 valve mounting station. It is a configurable power source for a higher oil-volume workholding circuit where one user-selected directional valve will be mounted directly on the pump.
PASG30S8S should be viewed as a specific workholding power-unit configuration rather than a generic air pump: a single D03 valve mount, 462 in³ oil capacity and a 5,000 psi pressure class.
PASG3005SB is the nearest smaller-reservoir alternative (230 in³). PASG50S8S keeps the same reservoir/control concept but changes to the 5000 Series flow profile.
The hydraulic package is the Turbo II 3000 Series, which Enerpac uses as the higher-flow workholding option. PASG30S8S is published at 50 in³/min @ 3,000 psi; compare that mid-pressure delivery with the 5000 Series if the fixture spends most of its cycle near the upper pressure limit.
