When This Version Makes Sense
Compressed-air operation makes this set a natural choice for repeated work. The cylinder selection still defines the mechanical job; the air pump primarily changes the speed and effort of producing hydraulic flow.
RCH-603 raises capacity substantially to 60 tons and provides 3 inches of stroke. It is intended for higher-force push/pull work where the through-hole cylinder format is still required.
The RCH family is selected for its hollow-plunger push/pull capability. If the application does not need that center-hole geometry, a solid-plunger RC or low-height RCS set may be simpler.
