ZG6440MX-BCFH Enerpac Gas Hydraulic Pump moves beyond the ZG5 platform into the higher-output ZG6 class. It combines a large 40-liter reservoir, double-acting hydraulic control and a Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine for applications where a smaller portable gas pump does not provide enough oil capacity or high-pressure flow.
Higher-Output ZG6 Power for Demanding Field Applications
Enerpac rates the ZG6 pump element at roughly twice the high-pressure flow of the ZG5 models in this collection. That additional output is useful when cycle time matters, particularly with larger double-acting cylinders or hydraulic systems that require substantial oil movement under load.
The VM43 manual valve provides advance, hold and retract control for double-acting equipment. The ZG6 package also adds features aimed at sustained field operation: a sturdy wheeled cart for movement over uneven terrain, collapsible handles for storage, and dual forced-air heat exchangers that help stabilize hydraulic-oil temperature during use.
The 17 ft-lb Briggs & Stratton engine uses electric start and pressurized lubrication and provides charging output for accessories. A protective roll cage further suits the unit to transport and jobsite handling. This is the collection's choice when oil volume, mobility and sustained hydraulic output matter more than minimizing pump size.
