Choosing an Enerpac P Series Hand Pump
Select the pump based on operating pressure, usable oil capacity, pump speed, cylinder type and required construction. For applications involving larger cylinders or longer hydraulic strokes, reservoir capacity and oil displacement become especially important.

Lightweight P Series Hydraulic Hand Pumps
Enerpac lightweight P Series pumps include models such as the P141, P142, P202, P391, P392, P802 and P842. These pumps combine portable construction with hydraulic pressures up to 10,000 psi. Single-speed models provide straightforward manual operation, while two-speed pumps move more oil during low-pressure advancement before transitioning to the high-pressure stage.
The P842 adds a 4-way valve for double-acting hydraulic cylinders, while models such as the P392 are widely used with single-acting cylinders and portable hydraulic tools.
ULTIMA Steel Hand Pumps
Enerpac ULTIMA steel hand pumps provide rugged construction for demanding industrial environments. Models such as the P39, P77, P80, P801, P84, P462 and P464 combine steel construction with a range of reservoir sizes and hydraulic outputs.
The P39 provides compact single-speed operation, while two-speed models reduce the number of handle strokes required during low-pressure cylinder advancement. Larger P462 and P464 pumps provide substantially greater usable oil capacity for larger hydraulic systems. P84 and P464 models are configured for double-acting cylinders.
Aluminum and Extreme Environment P Series Pumps
P392AL provides a lightweight aluminum alternative to the standard P392 platform. For wet, corrosive or chemically demanding environments, P142ALSS and P392ALSS use corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless-steel construction designed for more aggressive operating conditions.
Low-Pressure P Series Hand Pumps
P18, P25, P50 and P51 provide lower-pressure hydraulic power for applications that do not require a full 10,000 psi system. These models offer different combinations of pressure, usable oil capacity and oil displacement, allowing the pump to be matched more closely to lower-pressure hydraulic equipment.
P392FP Hydraulic Foot Pump
The P392FP provides two-speed hydraulic performance with foot-operated control, allowing the operator to keep both hands available for positioning a workpiece, tool or hydraulic cylinder. It operates up to 10,000 psi and is designed for single-acting hydraulic systems.
